Quick Help

1) I can’t log in.

  • Double-check your email spelling
  • Try “Forgot Password” on the login page
  • If you still can’t access, email us and we’ll help quickly

2) A video won’t play.

  • Refresh the page
  • Try a different browser (Chrome is best)
  • Check your internet connection
  • If it still won’t play, tell us the page name + device type

3) I purchased, but don’t see access.
Sometimes access takes a few minutes to sync. If it’s been more than 15 minutes, email us with your order email.

4) How do I change my plan or update billing?
Email us and we’ll help you switch plans or update payment cleanly.

5) Can I enroll more than one child?
Yes. Family and multi-learner options are available (see Founder Pricing or Registration).

6) Do you offer faith-supporting content?
Many BRIM courses support Christian, LDS, and secular beliefs. We keep learning respectful, family-friendly, and values-aware.

Technical Checklist (fast fixes)

Before emailing support, try:

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Switch Wi-Fi (or restart router)
  • Try Chrome or Safari
  • Try a different device
  • Disable browser extensions (sometimes they block video/buttons)

When you email us, include:

  • Your name + account email
  • The page you were on
  • What device you were using (phone/computer)
  • A screenshot if possible
